Just a few -

So lets start with good old simple onion soup - now don't worry there are more delicious recipes as you scroll down so i'm sure you will find something you like.

What you need:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 ltr beef stock (or you can use stock cubes)
  • 2-3 white onions (if you love onion add three)
  • sprinkle of thyme
  • small sprinkle of salt & pepper
  • 1 slice whoalmeal brown bread
  • extra virgin olive oil 

Right here we go -

put a small amount of olive oil in a pan and cook the onions and garlic until they are brown then add the stock/stock and water if you used stock cubes.  Cook on a low heat/simmer for about 30-35 minutes.

Next while the soup is simmering take the slice of bread cut into small cubes and drizzle a little olive oil over and place in the over cook until gold and crunchy.

Serve the soup and add the crunchy croutons enjoy :)

Scrambled egg with salmon bits

What you need:

  • Salmon slices/50-60g

  • 2 free range eggs
  • 1 wholemeal bagel
  • Sprinkle of black pepper
  • 2 chives optional
  • 1-2 tbs milk

This one is a great one for breakfast nothing like it so try and enjoy!!!

Add your eggs to a bowl whisk then add the milk until the two have combined.  Scramble your eggs and add the chives which are finely diced.

Next take the salmon and dice into small bits and add to the egg, mix them together and add a pinch of pepper to tastle and slice the bagel in two to eat with the egg and salmon bits mmmmmmmm yeah :)

Time for a treat :)

Here is what I call yoghurt fruit crunch

What you need:

  • Low fat natural Greek yoghurt
  • 8 blueberries
  • 8 rasberries
  • 3 diced strawberries
  • 1-2 tbs muesli
  • small drizzle honey
  • a cherry for the top

This one is very simple get a serving glass and put in 3-5 tbs of yoghurt add the muesli fruit and drizzle with honey all topped off with a single cherry.

Simply smooth fruit smoothy - godda love it

What you need:

  • Half a frozen banana
  • 8 frozen blueberries
  • 8 frozen rasberries
  • 2-3 tbs low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 150ml semi-scimmed milk
  • whey protein (optional)

This one is really easy too fill your blender with the fruit give it a wiz then add the yoghurt and wiz again then finally add 150ml of semi-skimmed milk blitz and serve mmmmm yeah lovely.  If you have had a workout
add a scoop of whey protein.

Dont forget to do the washing up!!
