ADVICE ON TRAINING

Here is a little advice:
DONT GIVE UP!!!


  1. BE PERSISTENTLY CONSISTENT - this goes from the beginner to the athlete.  You have to be persistently consistent when it comes to changing your physique and living a happy healthy life.  The amount of work you put in is up to you but if you want a body that is fit toned and well muscled you have to be persistently consistent with:
  • RESISTANCE
  • C.V TRAINING
  • NUTRITION
  • REST  
You have to focus whilst keeping track of:
  • GAINS
  • GOALS
  • RESULTS
     2. IMPACT - you need to be aware of the constant impact every action has on you your body.  By this I mean every choice you make impacts you and your body - so if you over eat you will gain weight, if you don't train you wont reach your goals.  Your body is the car so use premium fuel and keep it well maintained.

     3.  MIND SET - your mind set must is critical to getting you to those goals.  You must have the self-belief that you will reach your targets and goals and don't doubt yourself for a second!
