GUT BUSTING BELLY FAT BLASTING CIRCUIT TRAINING

GIVE THIS FAT BLASTER A TRY

1.  KETTLEBELL GOBLET SQUAT
2.  RENEGADE ROW
3.  LUNGE
4.  KETTLEBELL SWING
5.  BEAR CRAWL
6.  INVERTED ROW

7.  CRUNCH

For this circuit perform each movement for 20-30 seconds with little to no rest in-between.  Rest 1-2 minutes before trying it again.

The circuit utilizes multiple muscle groups with short 20-30 seconds work and minimal rest periods enjoy :)
