WORKOUT AT HOME WITH YOUR OWN IN HOUSE WORKOUT!!!

IN HOUSE WORKOUT!!!

Want to do a workout at home well give this one a whirl:

  1. Stairs step ups - time to take the stairs you can either do step ups on the bottom step or go up and down the stairs.
  2. Feet on chair press ups - perform a press up whilst having your feet on a chair or the sofa.
  3. Suitcase upright row - Take a suitcase and perform an upright row. 
  4. Lateral raises - grab either two tins or bottles of water and raise them to the sides.
  5. Tricep extensions - with the water bottles perform tricep extensions.
  6. Leg raises - lay on the ground on your back and raise & lower your legs and repeat.
  7. Pillow ab twist - lay on your back and grab a pillow place it in-between your legs then lower your knees to the left then the right. 
  8. Hyper-extension - laying on your front hyper extend your back lower and then repeat.
  9. Bent over row - using the water bottles perform a bent over row like in the picture.
  10. Milk swing - using a milk to perform a kettlebell like swing

PERFORM THE ABOVE IN A CIRCUIT & TRY TO COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS 12+ REPETITIONS EACH EXERCISE.
