IN HOUSE WORKOUT!!!
Want to do a workout at home well give this one a whirl:
- Stairs step ups - time to take the stairs you can either do step ups on the bottom step or go up and down the stairs.
- Feet on chair press ups - perform a press up whilst having your feet on a chair or the sofa.
- Suitcase upright row - Take a suitcase and perform an upright row.
- Lateral raises - grab either two tins or bottles of water and raise them to the sides.
- Tricep extensions - with the water bottles perform tricep extensions.
- Leg raises - lay on the ground on your back and raise & lower your legs and repeat.
- Pillow ab twist - lay on your back and grab a pillow place it in-between your legs then lower your knees to the left then the right.
- Hyper-extension - laying on your front hyper extend your back lower and then repeat.
- Bent over row - using the water bottles perform a bent over row like in the picture.
- Milk swing - using a milk to perform a kettlebell like swing
