Heres a few moves to work the Trapezius - the muscles at the back of the neck.  The Rock is well know for his mighty traps!!

Here we see Arnold performing the upright row movement on a smith machine.  Pull the weight upwards with elbows high lower and repeat.

You can also perform the movement with a low pully and experiment with different angles - also use free weights see what works for you.

The good old shrug - it is as it says you shrug the shoulders whilst holding a weight - Arnold here is using a barbell but try the dumbbells too!!

Some use a machine to perform this movement so dont be scared to ask for a demonstration from a trainer and do your research to get the proper form.
