CREATING POWERFUL LEGS

A BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT FOR THE LEGS


Give this a try:


A: SQUAT
B: REAR LEG BRIDGE
C: SPLIT SQUAT
D: PLYO BOX JUMP
E: SQUAT JUMP
F: LUNGE


Do the above one after the other with no rest and then at the end rest 1 minute and get ready to go again.

Try completing 3-4 rounds.
